1. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59. Orders below $59 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $4.99.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.
3. Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
4. Shipping Carriers
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. The carrier may vary depending on your location and package size.
5. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@shopflowra.com.
8. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
